I feel like I need to come out to something to our audience about why I don't like Micah Parsons.

And again, I don't think there's any value where I would be happy with Micah Parsons.

I'll be honest. I've been struggling to try to tell this story. And to be on and, you know, I'm just having this conversation with Jeremy about whether or not I put this story into writing. And I think I do need to do that at some point.

When I was a pre-adolescent, I was sexually assaulted by an older man. It took me a very

long time to come terms with it. It took me a very long time to, as you can tell

right now, I'm still not really comfortable talking about it, is a vulnerability about myself

that I've had to really deal with. And I think last time I was on Twitch chat, it almost kind of

came out. It was something that I think I saw some messages in chat where I was like, I kind of needed to do this at some point.

The last three years with a man like Matt Patricia at the helm of this team was very brutal for me.

It's brutal because these are kind of shared experiences.

We talk about struggle with this kind of trauma.

We talk about how these things get shared just in general about,

we make a joke out of things like trigger warning

and everything these days. But it does come back. It comes flooding back when you're least

expecting it. And I know there was, not everyone stays a victim for their entire life. There's

ways over this stuff. But when you're dealing with football,

it's a rough patch because I think there is a cult of, look, I just want to win. You know,

you hear that from the fan, I just want to win. And, you know, we had, you know, my friend Megan,

who's another survivor on our podcast about three years ago when we discussed, we were the only Lions podcast that really went out there to discuss the accusations about Matt Patricia.

And then they were kind of very ruthlessly shoved under the rug.

And it was a very quick reminder about how quickly those things

just die, how quickly those things are just forgotten because we need to be able to tell people,
