On behalf of all of us at the Negro Leagues baseball museum and my serious XM family, welcome to this live version of Black Diamonds, our podcast.

We're telling untold stories of the Negro

leagues and this is really special to be here at All-Star Game,

here at Playball Park, inside the Negro Leagues exhibit,

the newly redone Negro Leagues exhibits, especially for Los Angeles.

This is great.

Yeah, the city of Angel.

Yeah, no, this is really special.

And I'm thrilled to have with me two very special young men who are tremendous at what

they do and they're the writers, their broadcasters.

And now they're part of an amazing documentary

called After Jackie on the History Channel.

look at not only Jackie's story but what happened after Jackie because I think a lot of people

just assumed that everything got better after Jackie Robinson does what he does,
