Now, we have no idea if there was any form of God whatsoever in that particular cave.

But had it been personified, can you imagine the presence of the Lord going inside there just like this, in the dark cave and going,

Elijah, what are you doing here?

Anybody know what I'm talking?

What are you doing here?

Listen, there is nothing that a caver can spend less time doing than abiding. Because there has to be stimulation all the time, all the time, all the time, all the time,

all the time, all the time.

A caver believes the gospel.

So remember, both our caver and our climber are Christians. So neither one of these are about

the lost. A caver believes the gospel. But if they do share it, they prefer to share it with degrees of separation.

I do, I believe that blogs, I believe that there are social media things that really can't encourage

people in their faith.

I really do believe it.

But I'm just going to tell you what happens with the caver is I'm going to sit in the house

in my jammies and I'm going to share the gospel on the internet.

And I'm not saying that that can't work.

What I'm saying is as a lifestyle, we are caving instead of climbing

because we have lost touch with human flesh and blood and their real life problems.

And it's critical.

It's absolutely critical.
