Today I spoke with Rob Wolf and Dr. Greg Schwartz, and we kind of have a point, counterpoint, intellectual conversation, aka debate, regarding issues in

climate change, how they are or may not be impacted by the consumption and the farming of

meat and plants. And this was a really kind of enlightening discussion looking at both sides of the argument.

And actually there's quite a number of points where there's agreement between kind of these two seemingly opposing camps.

So we went through a number of the items that you would expect,

the impact on greenhouse gases, sustainability.

We touched a little bit on the health implications,

but mainly just looking at how can we feed more people

and also do so in a way that does not lead to negative

environmental and climate impacts? And again, it was a very interesting conversation because
