This UN annual conference brings together nations from around the world to discuss what action can be taken to confront the climate crisis.

It's no secret that countries are not doing enough to reduce their carbon emissions.

And as emissions keep rising, that means the world's average temperature is also going to keep going up.

Scientists have warned that exceeding 1.5 degrees Celsius in warming above

pre-industrial levels will lead to catastrophic climate disasters. Right now
