Summary

On March 5, 1994, Clifford Lynn Draper armed himself with a gun and homemade bomb and went down to the Salt Lake City Public Library where he carried out a plan that he had been working on for months. He took 10 people hostage and they spent the next several hours terrified of the unknown. The entire ordeal ended after one of the hostages, Lloyd Prescott, revealed a secret he had been keeping.
