Helen is a longtime listener and fan of the podcast, and we have corresponded many, many times, as I have with so many of you out there.

I told you all this a little bit at the end of my previous episode,

but she reached out to me and said,

you know what would be a really great themed episode,

because I've now gotten into the habit of doing these themed episodes of Agatha Christie,

you should do something on the secretaries of Agatha Christie.

But she didn't just give me a great idea. She gave me a ton of research, so much research that I told her she had to

come on to the podcast and do this episode on the secretaries of Agatha Christie with me.

Even though, you know, she was just coming at me as a listener,

this was not something that she asked for. And she even mentioned when she accepted my offer to

come on the podcast that there might be a little bit of trepidation, but, you know, Agatha Christie was

all about fortune favoring the bold. She valued courage in her plucky heroines. So Helen is taking a page

out of Agatha Christie's own books and joining me here on this podcast. So welcome, Helen. I'm so
