1:13.9	the feelings of another. It's a word that I was not very fond of, only because I was not
1:20.2	able to do it during my years running a team. Showing empathy is very difficult. You
1:25.0	have to have a higher emotional IQ than I had, probably than I have, but I'm getting
1:30.0	better. I'm reading stuff, talking to people. Empathetic is what Jimmy Haslam feels about
1:39.2	all the Browns fans out there. We have to talk about the Sean Watson. I'm sorry, but I
1:45.8	will not let this go. And you are going to listen, and we're going to have fun on a subject
