Let's start there, Jim, because this has been, this is your voice, this is your team,

and now these gentlemen are going to be a part of it.

As we go to evolve from what it has been for so long to this, what has it been like

for you with the process?

Well, I'm really happy.

I'm really happy for these guys, and I hope it's a big day in their broadcasting careers,

because I can remember back in 1999 when I got the nod to become the radio voice of the

Cleveland Browns, and second to none, it was the greatest day in my broadcasting career,
