Oh, let's do it live on a Monday edition of Cleveland Brown's Daily. I am merely bow. He is the great Z. How you living, buddy?

I'm doing well, brother. I'm doing well. It's beautiful to see the sun to know that we got a great week of weather coming our way. So I'm doing great. Had a nice holiday weekend and I got to spend some time with the family.

We took in, it's unbelievable that we're in the same place, but took in the guards opening day, home opener, which was a lot of fun. I'll be it in frigid temperatures, quite cold. But it ended up being a great time. So it's been a great week. They did not. I think they lost Friday, Saturday, but then one yesterday in extra innings.

Yeah, I'm finding it very difficult. It's been a couple of years now since I've been out of the baseball game, and I'm finding it very difficult to reengage. My kids aren't playing it. It's not part of my habit anymore in terms of checking on things. Yeah. So I just, you know, I'm aware that it's ongoing and in that type of stuff in terms of paying attention to it day to day.

It's just in there for me. In your other worlds is there not, is there not much? Is it more of a reds town or is there just not much baseball zest? Oh, there's zero demand. Got it. None. Yeah. I mean, like if one of them is, no, it's definitely more of a guardians town than a reds. But even if you were, it's one of those things where like if one of them makes a run in September, then it's something you'll pay attention to Tuesday through Thursday. But not on the week.

But not on the weekends, not with the football. So it's just not, it's not something that that rates quite frankly. I mean, we, you pay attention to those things and it's just not something that rates from a from a from a from a long grind too. It's like April. And then it's not going to really come to manifest tell September or October.

You really have to, I think if you're going to be in a market that wants to do baseball on the radio, you really have to set the agenda, like the beginning of even in the lead up to the season, you have to talk about the storylines of it. And you have to view everything. You always talk about with tranches. Remember that with the four game tranches.

The love of trunch. And that's really how you have to talk about baseball. You've talked about it in these five in these 10 games stands a what has happened. And you do the same thing with NHL and probably NBA, except even in NBA, you do have these one off games that feel like really big measuring stick games.

baseball. I think you probably have measuring stick series theory, but it's a really hard talk daily because even in the case of a series, you can't make a big deal about something that happens on the first one. You can make a something a big deal about what happens on the third.

If it's a sweep or something like that, then maybe you have a little bit of juice to it, but it's just it's difficult. I suppose if you're in Boston or St. Louis or something like that, then that's New York. It's probably that's different. Obviously in those markets, but for the rest of it's it's tough.

Tough go of it. But listen, I'm for it. I love a Saturday night at the ballpark. I grew up with it. I think it's great. It's just as my kids have phased out of it. So too has my kind of attention paying to it. I did pay a great deal of attention to the golf over the weekend.

So did I. Oh, baby. Really interesting. Very interesting weekend because of the weather. Right. And so like you were stuck with this archaic television thing on Saturday where you could not watch it live.

And yet they recorded it for live, but it wasn't on broadcast. You could have watched like the what they did at a masters.com. But you couldn't watch like the Saturday stuff in real time live when it was going on, which is still amazing to me.

You had this treat. These two trees fell. I cannot believe no one was killed. It's stunning stunning. I mean, that was crazy crushed insane. Those are monsters. It was a monstrous right. What was it? 17 17. Yeah. I mean.

Amazing that that somehow that didn't happen. It's pretty remarkable that you had 85 degree temps on Thursday down there. And then they played in the upper 40s low 50s in over the weekend.

Absolutely crazy. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get a little bit more of a duel on Sunday. I still enjoyed it, but I was hopeful that we would get a little bit closer of a match on the back.

It was like Brooks's cook to do it mentally. That's just it just felt like it felt like it. It also felt like had the weather not happened. He was cruising and he was in a great spot.

And you wonder if you know having to stop and restart the round and then he comes out cold in the morning goes too over in the morning portion and all of a sudden it was wasn't it like 13 and he was at 13.

Ram was at nine maybe. Yes. I think you have. I remember he dropped in a nine to 11 to nine. And he just it just felt like he had no idea where he was hitting the ball.

At all. He just looked especially with iron lifeless. Yeah. And off the tee. I mean, his teeth also not great. It just and Ram is good. I mean, Ram ho hummed it. And you felt like it could have even been better.

He missed a couple of puts he normally doesn't and ho hummed it to 69 in the final group on Sunday at Augusta. I mean, you got to tip your cap to him. He ran away with it. That was the bummer.
