Hi, let's you live on a first Friday edition of the program, Nearly Bow, in the Great Z. How you living, pal?

I'm doing great, man. Doing great here on a Wednesday, getting closer and closer to training camp, which is exciting.

You know, it's kind of like these weeks we took that time away, I certainly did. And then you come back, and it's like, I'm ready for it.

I'm ready to get into it. So now we're starting to do some position previews, which we'll start today. That's exciting, yeah.

And talk about this brown seam and it'll, you know, go in line with what's going on on the website as well.

We're going to have a whole two-minute drill series of every single position. That, by the way, what's also going out that I really want to take a second and urge people to watch and to check out because I'm very proud of them.

And I think it's something we've never done before. We've done Browns breakdowns before, but we've never done it with the players, coaches.

Oh, yeah, that's fun. And so we've got already out there Alex Wright, MJ Emerson and David Bell with, so with Kiffin for Alex Wright with Jeff Howard, the incomparable Jeff Howard for MJ Emerson, and then David Bell with Chad O'Shea watching their tape from college in cases where it's applicable and with the guys that aren't on the lines watching their tape already from camp and breaking down what they can be for the brown.

So those are, so we're starting to ramp up kind of some of our preview content. So that does get me a little bit excited.

I'm also very excited about the fact that the open is tomorrow at St. Andrews and when we wake up, we'll be able to throw it on you'll be able to have that as kind of a little side of Kutronaut for your other, your other program, which will be just a real treat and I'm happy to be with you.

Quick personal update though.

Maverick will be tomorrow.

Arden is, she's a, she's working this summer and she has a, but I'm very disappointed in this news.

She has a cupcake, something that she is presiding over from 637, 3 of the movies at 720. Obviously that doesn't work.

So bumps tell tomorrow, but, but nevertheless, I believe it when the tickets are purchased quite for their purchase.

They've been purchased in fact three different times and transfer from this ones.

They then the next ones, they turned out all different grandparents wanted to go to the movie with us, but then next ones, they doesn't work either because it turns out we got a graduation party.

So then we're back to third and I said that's it and now not everybody can go that originally want to go, but we got to see this movie.

You have to see it.
