but we've got the good weather here, Jim, a good weekend, hopefully, and great to be with you. How

you doing? I am doing good, good to be with you. It's nice to be here. Boy, this is a great day.

Great day today, weather wise. Feels great finally, right? We've earned it. I would hope for this in

training camp, Nathan. No hotter than this in training. No warmer than this. Beautiful and sunny. The

Browns continuing phase two of their off season today, which means they're able to get out on the grass,

no helmets, no offense versus defense, but start to really install this offense, throw the ball around a

little bit as we saw little teaser up at the end of the building the Browns episode. And I know

you like this week's building the Browns. I was glued to building the Browns, and I just want to

commend the producers of that. This is not a shameless plug. I mean, this is I am an audience person,

okay? I'm I was glued to it because I knew it was the draft episode, but it was so much more than

that. For instance, the story about Nick Harris and what he went through to transform his body to

become, you know, a bigger, stronger center and with the starting job being dangled out there

in front of him with JC Trender being gun and how he's eating like six, seven thousand calories a

day. He's reaching for these smoothies that are like a thousand a pop liquid goal. But how he

worked every day, like he stayed here every day. And I'm excited about him. You know, we've only had

a couple of glimpses of him when he's played, but I he really caught my eye, which is difficult.

I mean, it's a difficult position to typically catch your eye unless you're really looking at the guy.
