Hi, let's do a live on a first Friday miracle edition of the program.

Mirly Bow, the great Z. How you living, buddy? I'm good, man.

Good mate. I made an electric suplex.

Tell me about it. I'm going to run it by it. It just kind of came to my mind.

Let me get my pen. All right, so it was a Tuscan bean.

I already like where you're at. Were you? Let me ask you.

Yes, but were you inspired by White Lotus?

In some ways, yes. And I knew I had some kale in the house and I was like, I want to make a soup with kale.

But I want it. So Tuscan bean and kale goes very well together.

Yep. So I kind of just had that. I was like, that was the starting point.

And then I was like, all right, how do I make it like the way that I would want it to be or that everybody will enjoy it.

And so I got a pound of hot Italian sausage. I like that.

Brown that up in the pan first. Chopped it all up in a bit. So got that out.

And then in when you know, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, some fresh rosemary.

And then I added some criminy mushrooms, also known as baby bellas.

I like that. Into that mix, some salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, crushed reds.

Got that going good. So then I had three cans of beans, two cannelloni and one great northern.

Yep. Or white northern, whatever they're called.

I took one of the cannellonies, dumped it into a blender.
