Summary

The Cleveland Browns finally hired their head coach on Wednesday and went with Todd Monken. The Brown really botched this entire process and seem to prioritize keeping defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz over hiring the best head coach they could, but they also struggled to get good candidates interested because of the controlling ownership and front office. The New England Patriots got a new head coach before the 2025 season and rode that change to a Super Bowl. The New York Giants could make a similar move if everything goes right with John Harbaugh. Finally, we saw nearly 18 offensive coordinator spots change this offseason, but Mike McDaniel going to the Los Angeles Chargers was the best of the bunch by far.
