Welcome back all history fans to the Giants of History Podcast!

In this fifth episode of our series on Cleopatra, we take some time to explore the history of Julius Caesar and Pompey the Great, as it's their rivalry, and subsequent civil war, which will eventually bring Caesar to Egypt. And it is this event, the arrival of Caesar in Egypt, which will once again tip the balance of power in Egypt away from Ptolemy XIII and back toward Cleopatra. We hope you enjoy!
