My guest today are longtime friends well over a decade. I've actually known Carrie Ann longer than I've known Bill, but their husband and wife met Carrie Ann when we were working for CrossFit together.

The number of episodes that we could record on just that alone would probably shock most, but perhaps that's a subject for another day.

Bill, I met him shortly before he was entering into the military, pursued a special operations pipeline, got out, and then went back to school to become a therapist, which I actually think is very cool because it gives him insight specifically into the world, not the world, but the people that come from the world that he used to work in.

And I just think it's an interesting objective lens on the world that not that many people have together. They started a program called Between the Years.

And I'm not going to dig into it too much because we talk about it on the podcast, and I'll put the link down in the show notes, but we really covered the gambit on this one.
