Hello everyone. We made it. Episode 40. The big 40. Same age as I am. At least on my driver's license

anybody that knows me would tell you emotionally I'm much younger. So some cool things about this

episode. One, obviously the guest. I got to sit down with a good buddy of mine, Josh Bridges,

who really the only words that could be used to describe him would be badass and tiny when it comes

to height. I don't know if he qualifies as a hobbit or a dwarf. I like to think of him as both of those

things, but he's a badass for sure. And I'm sure he'll listen to this and get mad at me, but I'm just

joking Josh. It's all right. He's an awesome guy. I've known him for a long time. I actually put

him through seal training and we ended up serving together at team three. So a pretty good history

inside the military and our paths cross consistently outside of the military as well. So that's one

great aspect. Now there's another cool aspect to this particular podcast as well. Actually for the

next four. And what I'll say about what I'm going to do here in a moment is that my litmus test for

sponsors of any kind, whether that's in the skydiving world or the base jumping world.

I will not work with brands that I don't actually use. Meaning I'm not going to, if somebody

reached out to me for what would be a good example in the skydiving world, if they reached out to

me and they offered me a helmet and it was a helmet that I had tried in the past or something that I

had not used previously. And I had already found a solution that works for me. Regardless of what

the offer is that came with that helmet, I'm not going to take it because I don't want to talk

about something that I don't actually use. And I don't want to be involved in a business relationship

with the product that I can't necessarily speak intimately about. Now occasionally,

you get an offer that comes to you that's, you know, maybe it's a little bit harder to pass up

for whatever the reason may be. And today, our institution say today, recently I got one of those

offers and it came in the form of a sponsorship or an ad read for the podcast. And for this particular
