Summary

Danny Lavery welcomes back Carmen Rita Wong, the author of Why Didn't You Tell Me?: A Memoir. Wong has also written Never Too Real and Never Too Late, and she heads up Malecon Productions, a company focusing on women-led content.

Lavery and Wong give advice to someone who wonders if there is hope to deradicalize their cousin who is sliding far-right. Another letter writer is considering not taking a job, as they are questioning her about wearing a mask.

You can't just email me and say I'm done. She is, you know, the bar is higher. Email more people. Danny, you did your job already. You had me on. Like, you don't have to do any more work. You know what I mean? I never want to do more work. Find me. Same. Also, I have to finish my book this week. So I really don't want to do more. Oh my gosh. Good luck.
