Hey, bitches. Welcome back to another episode of Bitches Better. I'm your host Raven, and I'm back.

Did you miss me? I certainly missed you. If you missed my message on Patreon or Instagram,

I've had the flu for the past week, and it sucked. I've only had the flu once before, and that was,

like, well over 10 years ago. And it sucked, but not like this. This was another level. And

apparently there's a super flu going around, so I guess I had that, and I was just miserable for the

past week, a full seven days.

And it was the kind of sick where, like, you can't even focus to really watch TV for real.

So I was just in bed, shivering, sweating, aching, just being gross for most of the week.

Luckily, it was only me that got sick. And after I noticed I had a fever, I locked myself in my room away from Tony and Miles, so they

didn't get sick. Thank God. And I'm mostly better now. Thank God again. Because I've really,

I've really been in the swing of things when it comes to this podcast.

Like, I didn't take a break after Podness because I like the momentum and I didn't really

take a break when I got sick last month either, which that is crazy. I guess I left my immune

system in 2025. But anyways, it feels like forever since I put out a new episode and it hasn't been. It's literally been a week. And there was a time that I was only putting out one episode a week. Remember that? But, you know, I've been doing more because there's just like a lot going on right now, a lot to talk about.

So yeah, happy to be back. Let's get into the bitches of the week, shall we?
