Today we were talking about a new interview

from Clean Technica with Jerome Guillen,

as well as some news on tariffs and Daimler.

Tesla stock on the day today up 0.80% to $223.64, this compared to the Nasdak down 0.32%.

Real quick from a macro perspective, one thing to keep an eye on this week is US-China trade discussions which are expected to happen at the G20 summit between President Trump and President Xi Jin Ping.

The summit takes place on Friday and Saturday, so June 28 and 29th.

Getting into Tesla specific news today, the first topic I wanted to discuss is a recent article

from Clean Technica around an interview they did actually back in March with

Tesla's president of automotive Jerome Guyan. You may remember they split the

reporting of this interview up into two parts, so this is the second part.

We previously covered the first. The link for the entire article is in the show notes. If you want to check it out, I would encourage that. But we'll hit the highlights here.

Perhaps the most newsworthy portion of the article is a segment where Jerome is discussing Tesla's drive to simplify

manufacturing efficiency and continue to improve the production process,

specifically discussing how Tesla's acquisition of Gromin has already been

extremely fruitful for Tesla and should continue to be going forward.

That segment reads, quote, Jerome added a note with great emphasis that the Tesla Gromin equipment

has created much better machines,

dramatically improving the overall manufacturing efficiency of the model three.
