Hey, this is Durey and welcome to part 2 of the P1 this episode.

We have Brandy Clant myself and Sam as usual on the news and then we're joined by comedian

Gastro Amante.

That story that I'm telling, it might be my story but it's the story of this country.

My word for this week is about sometimes stepping back so you can see better.

And I forget when I started driving and I was a good driver at a crown Victoria in my

first car to see huge cars.

I got pulled over once so the officers like your tail lights are out and my father had

just let me have the car and I hadn't checked any of those things.

And what I remember is like getting out of the car later and realizing that sometimes

the only way to see the whole picture is by removing yourself from the situation for

a little bit so you can see better.

And I think that sometimes we are so deep in relationships and our work and our craft

and our hobbies that we miss some things, we miss big things, we miss small things, but

in the end we're missing things that we need to know.

And it's really been on my heart this last week is that like sometimes we just got to

step back a little bit so that we can actually see the things we love, see the things important

to us, see what we're actually in a little clear.

Let's do this.
