Hey guys welcome to episode 66 of the JV club with Clea Duval. This is an episode that was recorded before I went to New Zealand. I'm delighted to be releasing it

today. I want to just quickly acknowledge that I, listen, everybody knows that I was

a super uncomfortable with the idea of naming the listeners because it felt somehow self-serving.

And I know that we were sort of living in varnicles, janitors, mashups, janitors,

mash-ups, janitors kind of land.

But I've been incapable of finding anything that I can really hold on to just because I don't know for some reason I just can't,

I can't like make a final decision so

I guess I'm gonna go with the janitors I think I might go with the janitors. I think there's something funny about it and I think it also reminds me of high school a little bit because the custodians were often my favorite people at the various schools that I went to.

I mean, is everybody okay with that?

This is not how this is supposed to work.

I'm supposed to be super like Marin Slick

and be like, what's up? Or like Pete Holmes like what's up or like Pete Holmes what's up weirdos and instead I'm like

um is everybody okay if we call it up the JV what the janitors thing, I don't know.

Babbel, babble, babble.

So, I don't know, thanks for hanging in.

So what's up, janitors? The other thing I want to do before I give

shout-outs is I want to acknowledge the hummingbird update. Listen guys, I've not

seen the hummingbird in her nest. I'm concerned that she's abandoned her nest I was hoping for an egg

Heaven's knows I was hoping for a baby honey bird I almost said honeybird we all heard that didn't we yes

I was hoping for a honeybird but um sadly I have not
