First I'd like to do is I'd like to introduce you to James Henry to give us a few opening remarks. James, my brother.

Hello, my brothers and sisters.

It is really good to see you here today,

and I hope that this class is something that you will be able to take forward and apply in the future.

One of the most important things to let it carriers besides their wages and having a living, a standard that is commensurate with the work and devotion that we do is having a harmonious, safe work environment

that is full of dignity and respect. So you're going to get some tools today and get some

great learning from some great teachers today

relating to making your work environment or at least being able to deal with the work environment

and knowing how to address these challenges going forward. So I'm going to turn it back over to

both Corey Walton and to Paul Bolander. Enjoy the training today. Thank you for

sisters, today we're going to show you how to be successful in grieving workplace harassment,

bullying, and acts of violence committed

against our letter carriers.

I'm going to open this up by talking about how the JSOV came to be and what it strives

to accomplish.

Then we're going to go over recognizing violations, gathering contractual sites that will

need in our grievance.

And following that, Corey Walton is going to come on and get to the meat and potatoes

and discuss tips on gathering statements, some other tools at our disposal in defending our carriers,
