Great deal of fun as we always do hanging out with you guys,

giving you the latest info as we now sit. I'm no, I'm going to mess up the days at some point,

but I believe 34 days until the official start of the midterms. We have got Tiffany Smiley,

who is going to be with us at the end of this hour. She is running for Senate from Washington

and has a very real chance to pull off an upset over Senator Patty Murray.

And is in one of the weirdest political attack her fuffles from the left,

I can think of in recent memory at least where she's not allowed to use the headline of a newspaper.

The newspaper has sent her the Seattle Times a season deceased. That's not how the first

amendment works. Seattle Times like what are they doing? And as desperate as newspapers are,

wouldn't you think they'd want all the free advertising they can get for their headlines?

Yeah, but I mean, think about this. If somebody could sue us for criticism of them,

you can't, you can't mention, you know, our company and criticize it. No, that's actually what

the first amendment does. It allows us to mention it. It allows us to even tweet out a photo of a

news story saying this is garbage. Also, context clues are important when your story is about

Starbucks shutting down because the city of Seattle isn't safe. Standing in front of a Starbucks

is not saying that Starbucks is endorsing your candidacy. And when you're saying that

inflation is so out of control that your family can't afford to even have a normal game

night and beer is costing too much and your husband happens to be in a Seattle Seahawks jersey,

even without the logo showing, people are not dumb enough to think, oh, the Seahawks are endorsing
