Welcome to the third hour of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton show. This is Buck

Roland Solo here at NYC for the day. My main man Clay Travis is out in Las Vegas having a great time.

We'll be telling us all of his stories and we will be going. I'm sure head to head with our

bracket challenge for the NCAA on Monday. I have to look and see what my bracket actually says.

Um, we'll be diving to all that then in the meantime. The first amendment is under assault in

this country in so many ways from big tech from the woke left from insane lives. You don't believe in

basic free speech principles anymore. So we probably shouldn't call them liberals all other

discussion. I think for a Terrians is better. I don't even take progressives over liberals. We

just call them lips because that drives them insane. The New York Times has an op-addout from

the editorial board. So this is from the combined intellectual might of such luminaries as Charles

Blow and Maureen Dowd. And I don't know who else works for the editorial board there. But other

folks Thomas Friedman, they're saying for all the tolerance and enlightenment that modern society claims

Americans are losing hold of a fundamental right as citizens of a free country. The right to speak

their minds and voice their opinions in public without fear of being shamed or shunned and quote.

Problem is the New York Times is the problem when it comes to the first amendment and so many other

places just like it. So I want to bring on our friend David Aphoon right now. He's a long time

friend of mine in the world of media. David is the publisher of the newly relaunched New York

son NY son dot com. David, great to have you on. There was a pleasure book. Something rich here

about the New York Times suddenly discovering that the first amendment is something that liberals

no longer really hold to and therefore are not actually liberals in any classical sense. And
