So that'll be two thirty Eastern time, two thirty Eastern time.

To talk about the oral arguments today, in a very consequential case, very consequential

decision from the Supreme Court on both whether to put a stay in place over the OSHA

mandate and whether the Biden OSHA mandate is itself constitutional.

And this is all happening.

Mind you with a Biden regime that has seemed like it is completely unwilling to change

any aspect of the strategy, other than more of what it's already done.

Always got to do more despite the fact that we've seen record high caseload.

And remember, they're, they're telling us on the one at Omicron is much less dangerous,

but they also are telling us that the vaccines create a whole lot less hospitalization

and death.

So you have multiple factors here working in favor of things not being at the absolute

worst that they were say exactly a year ago.

Now, I think a year ago, give or take a few days, this time was the absolute peak for

cases and fatalities in the US from COVID.

The Biden administration doesn't seem willing to change the patents, the course here at all.
