We got a lot to dive into here in the final hour. I'm out in Las Vegas,

Bucks down in Florida. I wanted to hit this news because it could turn into

potentially an interesting and serious story. Certainly it would have

if this had not. Well, I'll give you the details I'll explain. A five Memphis police officers,

they were recently released from the Memphis police force, have been charged with second degree murder

in the murder of a 29 year old black man who was pulled over in Memphis. They were found,

I'm reading from the Wall Street Journal article. The five officers were fired by the police

department last week following an internal investigation into the death. The five officers

have been booked into the Shelby County Memphis jail and face charges of second degree murder.

This 29 year old father died in a Memphis hospital in January three days after officers

pulled over his car. There is evidently video footage of this beating. Now,

all five Memphis police officers who have been charged with second degree murder are black.

So this is going to be an interesting story to follow. One, to see whether or not they might

be guilty. Two, when this video footage comes out, what the reaction in Memphis will be,

Memphis would have likely been having all sorts of issues in the city. If these cops were white,

certainly it would have been totally different. But this news, five Memphis police officers who were

fired have been charged with second degree murder based on a traffic stop of a 29 year old in the

city of Memphis. Memphis has been dealing buck. We talked about this in the murder of the young mom

who was out for a jog in Memphis early in the morning training. I believe for a marathon.
