I want to tell you a story, if I can, about, as you know, I love history.

This one really sticks with you when you learn it. You might have heard the name,

Pavlik Morozov. Pavlik Morozov. Does that ring a bell?

Pavlik Morozov was born in, well, what is now Russia, what was then Russia,

then became the Soviet Union. And he was the son of poor peasants, but he was the leader of

the Communist youth in his village. And he was about 12 years old when his father, who was the

leader, this is back in 1930. His father was the leader of the local Soviet. Soviet means council,

I think was wondering, and we're a small collective of people coming together to make decisions.
