Welcome in everybody to the Monday edition of the Clay Travis and Bucks Xton Show.

More big breaking news today from the Supreme Court and then the

avalanche of stories and reaction, the aftermath of probably the biggest Supreme Court decision

of my lifetime that just came down on Friday of last week. The overturning of Roe v. Wade and

Planned Parenthood be Casey, but we have a school prayer case today and some other big cases

that are likely to come down tomorrow, not in the same league of big Lee as what we've just seen

with Roe v. Wade, but important cases nonetheless likely to see the EPA getting slapped down and the

upholding of remain in Mexico from the courts here soon. EPA getting slapped down, always fun.

And obviously it feels like we're waking up now to a different legal reality in this country.

And let me just start with this. It's a good thing. It's a huge move in the right direction.

And we will talk today about all the threats that are being made and the riots of the weekend and

the craziness of the politics around what happened on Friday. But first, just understand that these

cases are determined justly. These are the right outcomes. Friday was from a law perspective,

the right outcome. And clearly from my perspective, morally speaking, an enormous move in the

right direction of the fight is far from over to protect life in so many of these states.

And then we have the realities of the politics around this as well going into the midterm

election. So let's just start with we'll get into all of that to be sure. Let's start

with this case that just came down on school prayer though. Kennedy, the versus Bremerton school

district. And this is a pretty straightforward one. This is a pretty clear case, I think in

many respects, you had a high school football coach who by the way, two decades in the Marine

Corps, you had a high school football coach who starting in 2008 after the game would kneel down
