I believe I will be spending more time in Florida during the holiday season as well as already

down in Key West. I think I'll be up on the panhandle between Destin and Destin and Panama City

Beach. People tell me don't talk about how awesome it is on 30A because it just keeps getting

more and more crowded down there. But we spend a lot of time in Rosemary Beach and Alice Beach,

which is absolutely fantastic. Easy drive for people from Nashville at Lanna Birmingham.

Used to be called the Red Neck River era. Now I'm kind of calling it the Hamptons of the South.

People have a little bit more money to spend than it is pretty fantastic. I think the best beaches
