0:35.5	And let's start with the big title 42 showdown here. The Supreme Court has issued a stay,
0:44.8	a stay Chief Justice Roberts issued it and the parties in the legal dispute will have until
0:53.5	Tuesday today 5 p.m. Eastern to respond to this situation because there are 19 states with
1:02.2	Republican attorneys general looking to overturn the decision and they took their uh they took
1:09.3	their suit to the Supreme Court. So you had 19 Republican state attorneys general who said let's
1:15.9	knock at Reddital 42. The Supreme Court is issued a stay. They're going to hear more arguments over
1:21.2	this one. What a mess everybody. I mean that's the short version. What a mess.
1:28.1	And we're going to get back into that coming up here in just a few minutes because there's a lot
1:33.9	going on. But the title 42 remember title 42 was a COVID policy right or rather it went into
1:42.8	effect because of COVID. It is a it is a CDC authority during a pandemic. So the strange thing here
1:52.9	is for the purposes of border security we want there to be title 42 in place. But given that we
2:00.5	recognize the pandemic is long since over and there is no more COVID emergency and there shouldn't
2:07.6	have been a COVID emergency for a long time now. It's a strange circumstance we're in.
2:16.0	It's not something that aligns exactly with what with what we would like at this at this
2:21.4	situation at this moment. But as I've been saying we'll get into that. For me the the single biggest
2:29.5	story today single biggest revelation and I know that for people outside of the the Twitter
