Clay thank you for holding it down yesterday while I was a

galavanting around the great state of Florida.

And today we know that the Biden administration, first of all some new polling out on them from Q,

shows that American people are seeing what a mess things are actually.

The Biden comeback is not nearly as strong as many in the media would have had us believe.

Also really interesting to see that Muriel Bowser, the mayor of Washington DC,

is asking, has repeatedly asked for national guard assistance to handle the influx of illegal immigrants to her city via bus courtesy of a program put in place by

governor Abbott of Texas. So fascinating. Mayor of DC is calling in the national guard to bring additional resources to bear to help with all the illegal immigrants coming into the country and violation of our laws.

Almost like maybe this is something we should think more about as a country and have more of, oh, but not with Democrats in charge.

Some election results. We'll have some fun with it.

Congratulations to my friend Anna Polina, Luda on winning her primary in Northern North, pardon me, North Florida, not Northern Florida. I've learned I spent enough time there now that I've learned these lessons.

And we've also got, we've got some moral, ago rate updates. Dr. Marty McCarrie going to be joining us later in the program. He's got some fantastic op-eds out about Fauci accountability time, which Clay.

I'm sure you are your hammering on this yesterday. We're going to continue all of some of that today.

But you want to talk about the student loan student loan thing first. Here's what we know. Here's what we know. Let's dive into this one. Biden plans to forgive and will officially announces today.

$10,000 or more in federal student loan debt for tens of millions of Americans.

So this will obviously be quite an expenditure. The provision for Pell Grant recipients would push the number higher, by the way, as around seven and 10 borrowers with federal loans received a Pell Grant.

And we play, there's a lot. We break down the numbers here. We'll do all of that.

There's two thoughts that I think everybody's having right now. One is this is just trying to buy votes at the last minute before the election for Democrats. I mean, it's bribing the taxpayer, in essence, with their own money or rather bribing some taxpayers at the expense of other taxpayers.

Is this even legal though from a constitutional perspective? I mean, not the Nancy Pelosi is some kind of genius, but we'll get to her in a moment here. She waited on this one. Why can Biden just wave a magic wand and say, you don't know money anymore.
