Welcome in Thursday edition. The chaos in Afghanistan unfortunately continues to build

I am Clay Travis. He is bucksectin. We have got so many different stories to chase down throughout

the course of today's program. We're going to start with Joe Biden finally sitting down with

George Stepanopoulos doing an interview and basically everything he said was pure

malarkey to use a Biden word. Also, COVID now the continued absurdity of Biden talking about

boosters and Bucciniere going to continue to discuss how much failure is going on in the

communication surrounding the COVID vaccines. We have got a bevy of stories to hit. But I want to

start here in Afghanistan also peck Pete Hegseth by the way going to join us in the second hour.

Let's start here with what's going on with this ABC interview with George Stepanopoulos.

He was asked Biden was whether or not it was a failure. I think it's clearly a failure.

Even CNN is saying so we'll play that for you in a sec. But first here's Biden saying I don't

know. I don't think it was a failure. But we've all seen the pictures. We've seen those hundreds of

people packed into a C-17 we've seen Afghans falling. That was four days ago, five days ago.

What did you think when you first saw those pictures? Well, I thought we had we have to gain control

of this. We have to move this more quickly. We have to move it in a way in which we can take

control that airport. And we did. So you don't think this could have been handled. This

I think it could have been handled better in any way. No mistakes. No, I don't think it could have

been handled in a way that we're going to go back and hindsight and look. But the idea that somehow

there's a way to have gotten out without chaos ensuing. I don't know how that happens.

I don't know how that happened. That is complete and utter delusion. We'll start here,
