loaded a ton to get into with you. Let me give you a little bit of a road map in the second hour

of the program. We will talk with Tennessee Governor Bill Lee who announced yesterday

ongoing mask mandate battle that everyone in the state of Tennessee every parent can make a

choice about whether or not their kids are going to wear masks. How did he come to that decision?

What does he see going forward? We will discuss that with him. We are live in Nashville. Tommy

Laren will be with us in the third hour here in the studio in New York City. Buck Sexton's

hometown vaccine mandates are officially underway for gyms for bars for restaurants for sporting

events and it continues to spread everywhere. The Raiders are becoming the first NFL team to officially

require a vaccine in order to actually attend the games. All of that we will be discussing. But

obviously the chaos in Afghanistan and Joe Biden speech yesterday afternoon. He rolled into the

White House. He read off a teleprompter for around 20 minutes. He then immediately went back on

his vacation. This is one of the most tone deaf foreign policy decisions and outcomes that has

happened in most of our lives. Let's listen. Cut one here as Joe Biden reinforces in his mind

that he made the right decision based on the chaos. After 20 years I've learned the hard way

that there was never a good time to withdraw US forces. That's why we're still there. We were

clear-eyed about the risks. We planned for every contingency but I always promised the American

people that I would be straight with you. The truth is this did unfold more quickly than we had

anticipated. So what's happened? Afghanistan political leaders gave up and fled the country.

The Afghan military collapsed sometime without trying to fight. If anything the developments

of the past week reinforced that any US military involvement Afghanistan now was the right decision.
