Yeah, so first thing with Blackwell is he's an unbelievable athlete, okay?

But it goes past that. He's a very cerebral player.

So he sits in the front row just like you are right here in the meeting and he is

dialed in, taking notes, unbelievable when it comes to asking the right questions.
