My name is Joe Burby.

My company is back to basics builders, and we are in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Well, we were probably at our lowest that we've ever been as a company.

We set an appointment, and things have been pretty fantastic since then.

Well, we've started off with a lot of marketing because that's where we were hurting the most.

We weren't getting phone calls anymore.

And since we have started, we've got a

brand new website that looks fantastic. And not only does it look fantastic, it's getting us leads,

which we weren't getting from our website before. And the great thing is we found that we are

at the top of Google Maps when anybody searches in our area

and we get lots of phone calls because of that.

They're tough.

As you know I would expect from a coach, he gives me a hard time when I don't get something done that I promise that I would get done.

But at the same time, I get lots of praise when I do accomplish stuff

that needs to get done. And it feels good. It just feels good that we're moving in the right

direction.

What I've seen from Clay and his group at Thrive is they'll give you a simple system. And

it's the simple systems are the ones that people can wrap their brain around. They're the ones that people can work with on a day-to-day basis.
