day of January and the first day of 2026. Super stoked to spend time with you. And I'm really

pumped about our guests today.

We've got Henry Kim coming on the show.

But before we get to that, I wanted to just kind of tell you,

I've been getting a ton of experience in teaching.

Not like those of you that have been doing for like 30 years, I get it, but this is like,

you know, newbie stuff for me, and I am learning the intricacies of how to explain what I'm doing

on the wheel, and it is, it's a different gig. It's a totally different gig than just sitting out of the wheel and throwing.

And I'm thinking that it's making me a better potter.

And I'm curious, for those of you that are teaching, are you kind of finding that to be the case?

I mean, in general, like, are, would you say you were a better potter, a better handbuilder, a better ceramicist sculptor?

If you are in the process of explaining the minutia of each little detail of how you do what you do,

I'm just loving the process of teaching.

So, yeah, I'm just curious.

I'd love to hear back from you all about that idea.
