Hey guys, so we just had an awesome Instagram live right now on Instagram with Claudia.

And I think the reason why it's awesome is because there was so much authenticity and vulnerability behind our conversation.

And so I thought for this week's podcast that I'd share this conversation with you.

Obviously, I'm really excited about the fact that

she's going to be joining me on stage at Relentless. I'm excited about everybody that's going

to be there. Obviously, my friend Chris King is going to be there and tell you his transformational

story. Chris Harder, Lori Harder, Mikey Garcia, Teddy Melanchamp. Everybody's going to be there.

And on top of that, Kobe Bryant will be there, of course.

But for me, I think what is going to cause the most growth in your life and hopefully in your relationship,

whether that's your relationship with yourself, your spouse, your girlfriend,

your children, whoever it is, your friend will be the conversation that we have on stage.

So I hope that you enjoy this.
