The way I define introvert is I recharge my batteries when I'm alone, reading, journaling, meditating, cuddling with a dog.

And I love, like, this conversation that we're having is resonating and vibrating on such a high

frequency. I love it. But afterwards, I need to sit down and have a cup of tea and reflect on our

conversation. I can't just go on to the next thing because I've used my energy to have this with you,

and then I need to recharge my battery a little bit.

Whereas my extrovert friends, like, they recharge by going out and talking to more people.

And I'm like, no, I can't.

Like, my soul is trained for today. Like, I'm't like myself trained for today like I'm done interacting

with people for today thank you I'm the same like I replenish in solitude on today's episode of
