Should Christians practice yoga is what we're asking? Yoga is of course a phenomenally popular form of exercise

and meditation across the whole of the West. Many a church hall is hired out for a local yoga group,

but should Christians take part in yoga given its links with New

Age Eastern religion or can the spiritual dimension of yoga be separated from the physical exercise

and the benefits that that brings.

And how can Christians ultimately better reach out to those in the New Age and

meditation community?
