we recently celebrated 16 years. A really special one for you today. Good memories of this one,

actually, in this show from August 2011 when we met Rebecca Benic, who lives in Saskatoon,

Canada. She grew up in a strong Christian family, but in 2007 came out as an atheist. Well,

I got her in conversation with Sheridan Voisey, a writer, speaker, and broadcaster, and

they discussed what led Rebecca to abandon her faith. How Christians can best treat their

friends who walk away from faith and what lessons can be learnt for fruitful dialogue.

Welcome along, both my guests today. Let's first of all turn to Rebecca, who joined us

on the line from Canada. Rebecca, thank you very much for getting in touch with me

a little while ago. Tell me, how did you first bump into the show if you don't mind me

asking?

Well, you know, I, one of my favorite things to do, to listen to, actually, when I'm doing

housework or on my iPod when I'm outside walking, I love to listen to debates. I love

to listen to Christians debating non-Christians. And so I actually have found out about unbelievable

on a blog that I read. So I've been actually listening to the show now. I've been trying

to think how long at least two years. And so it's really exciting for me to actually

be on the show. I feel like I almost know you Justin because I've listened to so many
