So the reaction is still coming in to last week's appearance of Doctor or Colonel John Alexander on the paracast.

Of course, I guess some of the comments are that this guy may be himself a military disinformation agent.

Chris, you've known Colonel Alexander for many, many years. What's your take on it?

I wouldn't say many, many years. I've known him since, uh, I've known him about four or five years.

Okay, in those four or five years, what's your take on him? Well, being a retired lieutenant colonel

in the army with a background in intelligence and some pretty

nefarious tasks that he's performed, I think, in his military career.

He was involved in Vietnam doing long-range recon, which may or may not involve Project

Phoenix and, you know, programmed assassinations and

taking out strategic hamlets and that sort of thing.

So someone with that kind of background is going to really obviously have a, you know,

a real tight command and control over what he says and is very, very conscious of, you know,

security oaths and other things that he's taken in the past. So someone in his position, I think,

is handcuffed to a certain degree, but I've always gotten the impression that he's,

he's been very upfront. I've never got him to say, I can't tell you that. I know, but I can't tell you, or I can neither confirm or deny that you've asked me that. So I haven't gotten any of the standard disclaimers or refusals to answer questions, perhaps because I haven't asked the right question. I think in the conversations that I've had with him, he comes across as being genuine and telling me how he

really feels about whatever particular subject we're talking about. And I think his long and

storied career and his involvement with Los Alamos and with the Nids organization have really

turned his head towards a direction of seeking a all-encompassing mechanism or formula that

ties together various divergent, seemingly unrelated paranormal phenomena.
