But we have a active thread on whether vampires truly exist. It's not because we're now in the month of October.

We have Halloween coming up. And maybe that month of October and we have Halloween coming up.

And maybe that is it, that we have Halloween coming up. And in honor of all Hallows Eve,

the strange creatures of the night are being invoked and they're visiting our forum from

Mary Old England. Well, I think it's just the fact that people love a good story and there have been great

stories written about vampires over the years.

People, well, there's the whole sexual connotation with the blood.

That's a whole nother story, but people find those stories compelling.

Anne Rice wrote that donkey all the way to the bank.

And of course, Dracula this, Dracula that all through the years, every incarnation of Dracula

that you could imagine, yet not a single one of them ever came close to the novel.

Yeah, well, in terms of a paranormal field of study, have we ever seen any sort of compelling

evidence to support this idea of these nocturnal creatures that feed on human

blood? I don't know. I suspect not. I'd love to be proven wrong, by the way. Would you?

But it had to be a female vampire? No, seriously, it'd be that you'd figure that if there are all
