You know, after we reluctantly put up the podcast of our interview with Boyd Bushman on the

Powercast's website, I got to thinking, you know what, this is going to be the worst in terms

of number of downloads.

You know, three people will download it.

That will include, of course, Boyd Bushman and maybe some kids of his or something.

Grandchildren will download it.

That'll be it.

Within two days, we set a record number of downloads.

People like to hear things that are odd and uncomfortable, I think.

That's what it is.

That's why they watch television.

Well, television's going to be more odd and more uncomfortable if the writers stay on strike.

No, maybe they'll get some new blood in there and they'll make something interesting.

Yeah, see that as an opportunity. You've seen what the current writers have chunked out.

I mean, let's get some new blood in, darn it. I mean, just honestly, seriously, I know that there are people who are really tied to their shows. They love their shows. They watch their shows religiously.

But isn't the current trend reality TV and away from episodic written television? Is

episodic television having some sort of a renaissance at this point, do you think?

Well, people are being tired of reality shows.

Well, that's good.

Because they've run out of gimmicks.

You know, you've had reality shows now based on reality shows.
