It's been a serious kind of somber week,

but hanging in there, as always,

it's all you can really do in

this day and age jesse vitelli is joining us this week of prima games jessie how are you feeling

i'm doing all right you know kind of similar to nadia you know just kind of pushing through

it's been a it's been a long week.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I think I speak for everyone when it's been a tough week.

And we don't need to talk about why on the podcast, but, you know,

our hearts go out and more importantly, our actions go out because I think at this point, thoughts and prayers only get you so far.

So my encouragement to everyone out there is to get involved at your local level, make calls,

make donations help out.

Because speaking as a Texan, I'm getting real fed up with the phrase thoughts and prayers.

So get out there and make change and let this,

let this be what pushes you, if nothing else.
