The job market is to call it intensely strong is probably an exaggeration, but several

sectors of the job market are intense right now.

Employers are desperate.

They're frightened really at the lack of workers available and the turnover that they're

seeing right now.

And employers are trying to figure out what to do about it.

And then I want to mention is that there are already employers trying to hire people for

the Christmas shopping season.

I don't ever recall a year that job postings and solicitations for workers for seasonal

work for Christmas that employers are already trying to hire line up workers now.
