for various companies we do business with and various websites we visit.

I'm going to tell you what it means, why are you getting those and what you should do

with those other than ignore them because that's actually what you should not do.

So you may or may not have heard that Congress passed a new banking law and this is the

first major reform and banking since the banking scandals of last decade when new rules

went into effect to try to prevent another mass failure and bailout of the banking industry.

So as the pendulum swings after the banking scandals, Congress passed pretty strict rules

governing banks.

And now as memory fades from 10 years ago, Congress has loosened the rules and many of the

changes they've made are actually very smart, common-sensical things that will help you

and me as a consumer.

One of the great changes that the Congress has passed and the President by all indications
