Furnace maintenance contract. Hey, Clark, you don't stink, but I think you were having a forgetful

moment on a recent episode of the podcast. A gentleman called in asking if he should cancel

his mother's $650 per year maintenance contract for her two furnaces. Well, I agree with your advice

that having your AC furnace checked twice a year is a good idea. I think you forgot one key piece
