later turned out to be engaging in fraudulent activity, getting people to sign up for

programs they weren't economically qualified for promising people job placements that don't

really happen and then the school goes bust.

There's a federal program that relieves you of your obligations under your student loans.

This program came about because of what are called as loan mills which is a huge problem

in education where there are schools that exist only to be able to get people to sign loan

agreements under the federal student loan program and that is a terrible terrible problem and

you and I as taxpayers end up ultimately on the hook.

People's credit gets ruined.
