3:33.0 | It was more important to the CEO to two face the public because you got to know the history of United going back for more than a generation. |
3:46.0 | Employees and management at United have been at war with each other and the passengers have been the collateral damage. |
3:53.0 | So it's more important to the CEO to kiss up to the employees even if the company has filed this up. |
4:05.0 | And so United is now suffering consequences that they never anticipated because there's an angle to this story that's amazing that was something I wasn't aware of at all. |
4:22.0 | And that is in China, which is one of United's most important markets, there's a belief that American companies have it in for the Chinese. |
4:40.0 | And this passenger that was violently confronted and removed and bloodied and put in the hospital from his injuries was of Chinese descent. |
